On November 10, the People's Committee of Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province sent a reply to the Party Group of the Light Industry Bureau on the establishment of the Guangzhou Bicycle Factory.
1960
Four related factories in Guangdong, Dongxing, Guangzhou and Yuantong were merged to form the Guangzhou Bicycle Factory.
1970
Guangzhou Bicycle Factory's annual output reaches 300,000 units
1974
Guangzhou Bicycle Factory was established
1979
Guangzhou Bicycle Industry Company was established
1982
Annual production and sales of Wuyang bicycles exceeded one million mark for the first time
1988
Guangzhou Wuyang Bicycle achieves annual production and sales of 2.5 million units
1989
Guangzhou Wuyang Bicycle Industry Company was incorporated into Guangzhou Motorcycle Company (the predecessor of the Motorcycle Group)
2004
On August 18, the first electric bicycle rolled off the production line
2008
In December, Guangzhou Wuyang Bicycle Co., Ltd. and Guangzhou Wuyang Motorcycle Co., Ltd. completed mixed ownership reform.

The first children's toy car comes off the production line
